Process
Today we operate three lines for our main product the halved and de-cored pepper. Where possible, the process is mechanical. Only when the quality does not allow for mechanisation we fall back on handwork by our highly dedicated production staff.
Well controlled washing and drying processes guarantee the storage life and the microbiological condition of the final product.
In our new building we have an underground waste-separation system that allows us to directly separate the cut product from the waste.
