For some growers we secure the entire sale, where Snijpunt pays on the basis of yields and realised sales. This form of collaboration has meanwhile been extended to Spain and Portugal. During the import season we buy from more than one producer, from a stretegic point of view, so we always have guaranteed delivery.

4 Process Trading is not a standard or traditional import-export firm, their strength is the direct connection between growers and vegetable cutting firms so they can deliver on programme and client specification. Since its foundation in 2002, the line of greenhouse vegetables was slowly extended with various field crops from the Netherlands, Belgium and Murcia, Spain. Our joint ventures in both Murcia and Almeria in Spain allows us to have direct access and on site quality control in these production area.
